Wrote and recorded this “remix” of sorts this past Sunday, after having a heart-to-heart with God.
We all go through struggles so God can continue to build us up into the people we’re ultimately meant to be. We can wallow in misery and remain stagnant, or we can lean on His strength and grow from it.
We all have our moments, but it’s not about your present circumstance; it’s about how you finish.

In the wake of the murder/execution of Troy Davis, we must seek change, not revenge.
I wrote this verse back in 2009, and I’ve used a quote of it many times before, but it certainly rings true in this case:
